I love the outdoors! I love to take a hike through the woods, kayak along the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, scuba dive the Caribbean Sea, or ski the Wasatch Mountains of Utah or the ridge of the Appalachian Mountains that run through Maryland.
There is a peace, stillness, and tranquility that can only be found in nature, and photography is a creative outlet that allows me to capture that beauty and share it with others. Whether I am kayaking in solitude or sharing the trails with my husband and son, the crossroads of nature and photography are where I feel most comfortable and at home.
