When you first meet Stu Geisbert, you may think he’s just one of the many friendly people native to Maryland, but ask him about photography and you’ll soon see his passion for his work. In his travels, he has documented this awesome country through his photography. His pictures capture the beauty and simplicity of life. His subject matter ranges from amazing lightning strikes to solemn scenes of Gettysburg, striking poses of grazing deer, waterfowl, and scenic landscapes. His passion continues through his custom framing. As if the photos weren’t enough, his frames are what make his pictures unique. His frames are made from reclaimed old barn wood. A carpenter by trade, he creates his own frames because he wants to make sure that every bit of the material gets repurposed.
